About the role
- Act as a subject matter expert on Middle & Back Office workflows in the Americas markets
- Hold regular meetings with prospects and clients to understand how they use technology and systems
- Respond to prospective client RFIs and RFPs
- Prepare and deliver detailed SimCorp One software demonstrations
- Work with the Sales team to manage and moderate workshops
- Ensure information transfer from sales to the implementation team after a contract is signed
- Provide inputs to the product team on market trends and evolving requirements
- Attend relevant client and industry events as well as training
Requirements
- University degree in business or technology
- 5-7+ years experience in investment management within Financial Services Industry
- Domain knowledge in Middle and Back Office workflows (Investment Accounting and Investment Book of Record)
- Presentation and communication skills (both written and oral) are essential
- Problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering outcomes
- Methodical, motivated, and able to work well during high-demand projects
- Relationship builder with good interpersonal effectiveness
- Critical thinker and a continuous learner
- Willingness to travel as required
- Flexibility to attend SimCorp office 2 x/week as per hybrid policy
