About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with the sales team and leadership in customer-facing meetings, discovery sessions, and technical demonstrations.
Gather requirements from stakeholders and produce comprehensive Concept of Operations documents that clearly articulate proposed solutions, operational workflows, and system architectures.
Architect end-to-end technical solutions tailored to customer environments, constraints, and objectives.
Build and deliver live demos and proof-of-concept environments that showcase platform capabilities and value propositions.
Serve as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle—answering technical questions, addressing concerns, and building customer confidence.
Work with engineering, product, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and aligned with organizational capabilities.
Produce high-quality technical documentation including architecture diagrams, integration plans, CONOPS and white papers as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, or Senior Technical Consultant role.
Demonstrated experience producing CONOPS , technical proposals, or similar operational planning documents.
Strong experience with cloud infrastructure platforms , specifically: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-suite and mission stakeholders.
Experience in customer-facing or pre-sales technical roles with a track record of supporting successful engagements.
Strong understanding of networking, security, compute, and storage concepts in cloud and hybrid environments.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple engagements simultaneously, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Strong Understand of AI concepts.
Must have an active government issued clearance with poly.
