About the role
- Play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Experience: A minimum of 11 years of experience in MS Exchange Engineering
- Active Directory: Architecture, design, disaster recovery, and troubleshooting
- Exchange Administration: Experience with transitioning from on-premises Exchange Servers to Exchange Server online with Microsoft 365 (M365), as well as administration in a hybrid environment with M365 and on-premises infrastructure
- Database Availability Groups (DAGs): Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting DAGs
- Performance Troubleshooting: Practical experience troubleshooting MS Exchange server and Windows server performance issues
- Independent Work: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to: + Set customer expectations + Devise and implement action plans + Communicate professionally with all parties
