About the role
- Play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers
- Solve mission-critical challenges for the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC)
- Deliver Enterprise Computing engineering services with modern technology solutions
- Recognize issues, identify facts, and define additional data
- Make assumptions and determine alternative approaches
- Evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, and reflect on lessons learned
Requirements
- 11 years of experience
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in a related field
- Java
- C# (C Sharp)
- Cloud environments (e.g., AWS or Azure)
- DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Jenkins)
- Scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Interface routinely with senior management and deliver weekly status updates to leadership
- Architect, implement, and maintain solutions in the sponsor's cloud environment (e.g., AWS or Azure)
- Utilize various scripting languages to create final products per stakeholder requirements
- Document concepts of operations and standards of practice for tiered maintenance support
