About the role
- Act as the primary support for the team ensuring that trade spend is accurately captured, reported, and deducted by the customer for specific types of trade deductions
- Ensure trade spend activities are accurately entered and captured and processed right through to closing of the promotions for North American non-working trade
- Partner with the Accounting teams to reconcile incoming retail/distributor deductions against related sales promotional plans
- Facilitate necessary communication across key stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Provide insights on trade spend to Manager and Sales/BDT team
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Previous accounting/analytics experience including trade spend and deduction management
- Experience building effective alliance with both internal and external teams
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel
