About the role

  • Support the CEO and leadership team in managing the business through data, KPIs, and execution of strategic initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs measuring company health across sales, customer success, product, finance
  • Surface risks, spot trends, and recommend actions to keep initiatives on track
  • Ensure operating rhythm: weekly leadership reviews, quarterly goals, and progress on value creation plan
  • Support integrations and coordinate initiatives across people, processes, and systems
  • Track progress on major initiatives from strategic plan and serve as project coordinator
  • Build and maintain dashboards translating data into business insights for leadership
  • Support creation of board and investor materials
  • Prepare agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables from leadership meetings
  • Support CEO with research, analysis, and preparation for key decisions
  • Coordinate special projects (pricing analysis, process reviews, system clean-up)

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in operations, business analysis, consulting, finance, or program management
  • Strong analytical skills; able to connect KPIs to business outcomes
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) a plus
  • Highly organized, strong attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable preparing materials for leadership
  • Bachelor’s degree required
