About the role
- Book qualified first meetings for our Account Executives across public and private sectors
- Run thoughtful multi-channel outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn that speaks to real problems customers care about: accessibility, UX, performance, and compliance
- Research accounts, personalise messages, and ask clear discovery questions to uncover need and urgency
- Keep your pipeline clean in Salesforce and partner closely with Marketing on targeted campaigns
- Communicate customer outcomes simply and confidently
Requirements
- No prior SDR or BDR experience required
- Organized, open to feedback, and comfortable picking up modern sales tools quickly, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Confident on the phone, crisp in writing, and strong at building rapport quickly
- Resilient, competitive, and motivated by clear targets and career growth
- You have a legal right to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, you are fluent in English, and you can commute to our Austin office three days per week
