About the role
- Assist the sales team in qualifying prospects and understanding customer needs
- Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and recommend solutions
- Play a critical role in driving the sales process, supporting all phases from initial engagement to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role in an enterprise-focused technology company
- Strong, foundational knowledge in operating systems, networking, security, and scripting/automation
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
- Experience navigating the enterprise sales process
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to a wide variety of stakeholders
