About the role
- Act as the trusted advisor for clients, ensuring alignment between their goals and OverCast Digital’s solutions.
- Develop growth-driven strategies for TikTok Shop success, focusing on commerce, affiliate programs, and social selling.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence, guiding clients through campaign execution and optimization.
- Proactively anticipate client needs and offer solutions before challenges arise.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, helping them refine their client management and problem-solving skills.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies, bridging communication between creative, marketing, and operations.
- Align with the VP of Accounts on account strategies, growth opportunities, and long-term client success.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, upsells, and cross-sells, driving long-term value.
- Develop and present quarterly business reviews, showcasing progress, learnings, and future growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 6+ years in account management, client services, e-commerce, or growth-focused roles.
- Strong understanding of social commerce, TikTok Shop, affiliate programs, and direct-response strategies.
- Exceptional soft skills, communication, adaptability, problem-solving, and relationship-building.
- Experience working with brands on growth-focused campaigns (not traditional media buying).
- Ability to analyze KPIs and campaign performance and turn data into strategic insights.
- Passion for digital marketing, emerging commerce trends, and client success.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Lark and Slack.
