About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day International Accounts Payable operations.
Enter, verify and process international payments.
Monitor and control the payment flow, ensuring deadlines are met.
Perform bank reconciliations and track payment settlements.
Review and validate fiscal and financial documents.
Liaise with international suppliers, banks and internal teams using English on a daily basis.
Monitor foreign exchange transactions and foreign currency payments.
Support financial closings and prepare area performance indicators.
Participate in process improvement and automation projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced English.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Accounts Payable.
Knowledge of foreign exchange operations and international payments.
Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
Organized, analytical, proactive and detail-oriented.
