About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct employee onboarding processes;
Verify and request pre-employment documents;
Enter employee information into the HR system;
Support payroll and benefits routines;
Manage contracts, vacation records and electronic timekeeping;
Provide employee support;
Assist with HR initiatives and generalist HR tasks;
Liaise with managers and internal departments;
Update spreadsheets and internal controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience in Personnel/Payroll routines, including onboarding and offboarding processes;
Knowledge of electronic timekeeping controls;
Knowledge of vacation processes;
Experience administering benefits such as commuting allowance, meal/food vouchers, health insurance and other corporate benefits;
Knowledge of Brazilian labor legislation (CLT);
Knowledge and experience with the eSocial system;
Experience with HR and payroll systems, preferably ADP Expert;
Intermediate Excel skills;
Organized, detail-oriented and able to work with a sense of urgency.
