About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sales Consultant / Key Account responsible for business development
  • Management of strategic accounts and commercial expansion in the silicone implants segment
  • Prospecting and acquiring new clients (physicians, clinics, hospitals and health insurers)
  • Commercialization of silicone implants and related portfolio
  • Direct relationship with plastic surgeons, medical teams and technical departments
  • Technical and commercial support throughout the sales process
  • Attendance and support during surgeries in the operating room, when necessary
  • Order management, inventory and surgical logistics
  • Post-sales support, client retention and account expansion
  • Development of commercial analyses, KPIs and strategic action plans
  • Liaison with health insurers and major accounts
  • Participation in regulatory and strategic processes related to the medical devices market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in external B2B sales
  • Experience in the medical-hospital, pharmaceutical or medical devices sector
  • Experience managing strategic accounts (Key Account)
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of hospital dynamics and the operating room/surgical center
  • Availability for external visits and travel
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Experience with silicone implants or medical devices
  • Active relationships with plastic surgeons and health insurers
  • Experience with product registration processes in the ANS Coverage List (Rol da ANS), including all stages in accordance with current regulations
  • Experience in submission and registration processes with CONITEC
  • Experience working with major accounts and healthcare agreements
  • Analytical ability to develop commercial strategies and action plans
  • Active client portfolio in the segment
