About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage relationships with physicians, surgeons, distributors and hospitals;
Conduct consultative sales and promote solutions aligned with customer needs;
Provide technical support and training on Silimed's product portfolio;
Prospect new clients and identify market expansion opportunities;
Monitor targets, performance indicators (KPIs) and sales reports;
Participate in industry events, congresses and trade shows;
Ensure excellence in customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedicine, Biomedical Engineering or related fields;
Minimum of 2 years' experience in consultative sales;
Experience in the healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics or pharmaceutical sectors will be considered a plus;
Technical knowledge of breast implants, medical devices and aesthetic solutions;
Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills;
Analytical profile for tracking sales and metrics;
Availability for occasional travel.
