About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive, develop and forecast business and commercial engagement of the partner network in your region.
  • Identify, approach and convert high-potential partners.
  • Reach out to, listen to and persuade key stakeholders at partner organizations (CEOs, Managing Directors, Partners, Chartered Accountants and Consultants, etc.).
  • Organize, facilitate and support the upskilling of your partner network across the full range of Silae offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product, Marketing and Customer Success teams to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years' experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in HR/payroll.
  • A passion for identifying, engaging and developing commercial relationships within a partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to engage, interact and negotiate with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of your local region and its economic environment.
  • Strong ability to work autonomously.
  • Ability to quickly demonstrate competence on our payroll, HR and digitization offerings.
