About the role
- Design and manage the production of e-learning modules, short videos and motion design: identify needs and priorities in relation to product updates and feedback from our partners
- Scriptwriting and design of instructional sequences
- Determine appropriate instructional formats: videos, quizzes, animations
- Write scripts for each e-learning asset
- Ensure pedagogical consistency and instructional quality of content
- Define and manage the production schedule
- Coordinate and engage contributors
- Record voice-overs for video content (a plus)
- Maintain rigorous tracking of production progress
- Organize review and approval phases
- Publish e-learning content to Silae Academy (LMS)
- Manage internal and external communication around productions
- Monitor and drive continuous improvement
- Conduct regular project follow-up meetings
- Track KPIs related to e-learning productions
- Regularly update e-learning and video content based on results and product changes
- Proactively propose pedagogical and technical improvements to increase production efficiency and quality
Requirements
- Master's degree (Bac+5) in Digital Instructional Design or related field
- Project management
- Strong proficiency in instructional design
- Ability to define measurable learning objectives (competency-based approach)
- Design engaging instructional scenarios
- Appropriate selection of learning modalities (video, quizzes, simulations, animations, etc.)
- Advanced video scriptwriting skills
- Ability to simplify and communicate technical/expert content
- Knowledge of LMS platforms
- Good familiarity/proficiency with authoring tools (e.g., Genially)
