About the role
- Prospect and pre-qualify end-customer and partner leads
- Contact identified prospects through sequences (calls / Salesloft / email / webinars)
- Conduct discovery calls to gather key information about the account, the lead, and their context
- Pass qualified leads to the indirect sales team
- Write clear summaries of discovery calls
- Provide regular feedback on insights gathered in the field
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure lead follow-up
- Track and analyze sales activities (calls, tasks, emails, meetings booked, etc.)
Requirements
- Previous experience as an SDR, ideally in a SaaS company
- Energetic, ambitious, and proactive personality
- Tenacity and a competitive drive
- Hunter mindset (outbound-oriented)
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in engaging with prospects
- Well organized to manage inbound and outbound leads
