About the role
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new outbound opportunities through structured and repeatable outreach.
- Execute high-volume outbound activity with discipline and consistency to build a predictable pipeline.
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria and generate high-quality SQLs.
- Book qualified discovery meetings and ensure clean, structured handoffs of qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Maintain accurate activity and lead data in Salesforce, ensuring full pipeline visibility.
- Track and manage performance against core SDR metrics.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in an outbound sales role within a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
- Proven ability to execute cold outreach at scale with resilience, discipline, and strong ownership.
- Solid understanding of B2B outbound prospecting best practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, comfortable owning phone-based prospecting and discovery conversations.
- Familiarity with core SDR KPIs.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools; experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Native-level Spanish is required. English working proficiency is a plus.
