About the role

  • Lead all of Silae's event projects, working closely with internal teams (Marketing, Corporate Communications, Sales, DSC) to increase brand visibility and strengthen relationships with our partners and the accounting profession
  • Organize and coordinate the events component of the Alliance program
  • Manage strategic events: COPIL, Silae Live, Club VAR & EC, Silae Tour
  • Organize Silae's presence at CNOEC and CROEC events
  • Organize Silae's presence at HR trade shows and conferences: SSRH, HR Tech, etc.
  • Develop the annual events calendar (around 25 events per year)
  • Coordinate suppliers and speakers
  • Internal coordination with Sales, Marketing and DSC teams
  • Budget tracking and logistical follow-up
  • Deploy associated communication campaigns, in collaboration with the Marketing team
  • Reporting and performance analysis (KPIs)

Requirements

  • Excellent project management skills and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and familiarity with the event agency ecosystem
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally
  • Master's degree or equivalent (Bac+4/5) in communication, marketing, or event management
  • Proven experience (8 to 10 years) in B2B event management
  • Knowledge of the SaaS / HR / payroll sector is desirable but not required
