Executive Assistant
SIL GlobalExecutive Assistant providing high-level administrative support to the Associate Executive Director for Central Services of SIL organization. Managing responsibilities in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct administrative support to the Associate Executive Director for Central Services, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Serve as a key point of contact between the Associate Executive Director for Central Services and her direct reports, staff and external partners
- Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Anticipate leadership needs and proactively manage priorities
- Coordinate team meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and minutes
- Support and monitor Central Services departments in carrying out organizational leadership processes (i.e. reporting, processing strategic plans with their depts)
- Manage office operations, systems, and administrative processes
- Maintain confidential files and organizational records
- Support HR-related administrative tasks such as onboarding, scheduling, and documentation
- Assist with donor communications, acknowledgments, and database updates
- Support fundraising events and program-related logistics
- Collaborate with development and program staff on administrative needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in a nonprofit setting
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
