About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Research and analyze market conditions, market data, market intelligence, clinical research, and competitive activity to identify key trends
  • Recommend market requirements and opportunities and build business plans for new product ideas
  • Collect and consolidate Voice of Customer feedback
  • Collaborate with innovation project teams in North America and globally
  • Produce monthly dashboard reports and actionable insights for assigned products
  • Serve as the marketing and product expert for the assigned category and competitive products
  • Create and manage timelines for new product development projects
  • Develop pricing, product planning, launch, go-to-market, sales forecasting, and lifecycle strategies
  • Coordinate with R&D, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Purchasing, design, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and global teams
  • Manage and communicate with cross-functional teams as product owner
  • Track customer feedback, product performance, sales metrics, market penetration, lifecycle needs, and cost-out initiatives
  • Support customer experience, troubleshooting, systems optimization, and fitter training
  • Assist in identifying and developing Product Champions, Key Customers, and Key Opinion Leaders
  • Develop product marketing plans and campaigns to generate awareness and demand
  • Develop and present training content for Field Sales teams
  • Provide product demonstrations to customers and clinicians and participate in field rides
  • Partner in conferences, tradeshows, education events, focus groups, and Key Customer events
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external customers and report developments to management
  • Follow company policies, FDA regulations, industry standards, HIPAA requirements, ISO 13485 standards, and applicable laws
  • Maintain accurate records supporting the SIGVARIS Quality System and Quality Policy

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or another applicable field from an accredited institution
  • MBA/advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum two to three years of marketing, brand, and/or product management experience, or a combination of marketing and related business experience
  • Demonstrated product launch experience
  • Exceptionally strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research and analytical skills and comfort with CRM software
  • Willingness to listen and ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Professional judgment and discretion
  • Ability to forecast and identify trends and challenges
  • Strong project management and timeline development skills
  • Demonstrated financial and modeling skills
  • Strong customer-facing skills and comfort presenting to large audiences
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Familiarity with healthcare, clinical, and/or reimbursement environments preferred
  • Familiarity with regulatory environments such as FDA and ISO preferred
  • Ability to work in an office and manufacturing environment
  • Ability to regularly sit, walk, use hands, reach, talk or hear, bend, lift, or climb
  • Ability to occasionally lift light weights under 25 pounds
  • Successful completion of background check, verifiable education and employment, and drug test required before hire
