About the role
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
- Consult with clients to understand signage needs, specifications, and project requirements
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and product recommendations
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, operations) to ensure accurate and timely project execution
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and post-sale follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in CRM system
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and product offerings
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience (sign industry or related field preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of signage products (wide format printing, vinyl, substrates, installation, etc.) preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
