Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop the global finance operations organization
Own month-end, quarterly, and annual close, group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations
Lead Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll operations
Oversee operational tax processes including VAT / sales tax
Own operational treasury and cash management
Build and lead a high-performing finance operations organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years experience in finance operations and controllership
Experience from international SaaS, technology, or other high-growth environments
Extensive experience in finance operations and controllership
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Deep controllership foundation across close, consolidation, and controls
IFRS and international accounting experience
ERP and finance systems implementation experience
Proven record leading and driving finance modernization and operational scalability
