About the role
- Leading monthly and quarterly reporting processes, including cash flow analysis
- Driving budgeting and forecasting activities across the organization
- Performing business and risk analysis, building business cases, and monitoring project performance to identify and address deviations
- Supporting strategic initiatives and acting as a project manager to help bring key business plans to life
- Developing and improving financial processes, tools, and project management standards across the organization
- Collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Contributing to a culture built on ownership, trust, innovation, and teamwork
- Taking responsibility for tasks within your area in line with your role
Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, such as Business Controller or FP&A Specialist
- Solid experience in budgeting, follow-up, and financial reporting
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Fluent in both Swedish and English
- Experience with Microsoft ERP systems, such as Finance & Operations (F&O) and Business Central (BC) is meritorious
- Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics is meritorious
