About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install and commission industrial packaging machines and tools at customer locations.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Provide on-site training and support to customers for optimal machine use.
- Collaborate with the back office and technical service team for planning, parts, and technical documentation.
- Travel occasionally to customer sites in Spain and Italy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or vocational training in a technical field (mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Proven experience in a similar field service or technical support role.
- Strong mechanical skills; electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); Spanish or Italian is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.
- Comfortable using MS Office and basic digital tools.
