• Drive profitable growth through increasing product diversity with distributor customers and retention of current partners
• Oversee sales professionals working with all levels of distribution partners
• Require 60 – 70% travel
• Lead and develop product support or solution planning
• Accountable for distributor revenue and margin
• Establish performance goals for the distribution team
• Establish a comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of distribution
• Responsible for forecasting and sales tracking
• Negotiate volume, contracts, and pricing agreements
• Partner with Marketing and Product Management to produce and optimize sales materials and training programs
• Strategize sales plans for short and long term objectives
• Plan and execute trade show appearances
• Foster an environment of teamwork; emphasize the importance of internal collaboration
