About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and manage the Proposal Management process
- Create structured and consolidated proposals based on guidelines
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts and ensure all timelines are met
- Partner with Sales and Regional Support Teams to track and deliver proposal requests on time
- Participate in weekly team calls
- Report directly to the Proposals Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently an undergraduate majoring in Engineering
- Customer service focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and organize workload
- Ability to multitask
- Strong proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic programming/coding skills
- Commitment to a full-time internship for 5 months or longer
