About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage lighting controls customer projects end-to-end from proposal and sales handover through customer final acceptance and handover to Customer Service
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with company standards, and according to project management best practices
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, electrical contractors, representative agencies, and internal departments
- Coordinate submittals, material releases, startup scheduling, field service, and project documentation
- Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Technical Support, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Sales
- Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules
- Track project milestones and facilitate customer communication
- Coordinate startup and warranty activities
- Review project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on project management principles
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Highly organized and customer-focused
- Effective communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience in lighting controls, electrical systems, or construction project management is preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
