About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage lighting controls customer projects end-to-end from proposal and sales handover through customer final acceptance and handover to Customer Service
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, in compliance with company standards, and according to project management best practices
Serve as the primary contact for customers, electrical contractors, representative agencies, and internal departments
Coordinate submittals, material releases, startup scheduling, field service, and project documentation
Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Technical Support, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Sales
Identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project schedules
Track project milestones and facilitate customer communication
Coordinate startup and warranty activities
Review project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a focus on project management principles
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and attention to detail
Highly organized and customer-focused
Effective communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
Experience in lighting controls, electrical systems, or construction project management is preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs
