About the role
- Assist the project manager with various improvement projects
- Participate in the implementation of efficient and functional work cells
- Use Lean tools to identify improvement opportunities
- Prepare detailed drawings showing dimensions
- Participate in the study and implementation of best quality practices
- Use various equipment and software as part of the role
Requirements
- DEC (Diplôme d'études collégiales) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or in Operations and Logistics Engineering
- Practical experience with Lean tools
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of SolidWorks is an asset
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Good written and verbal communication skills in French
