About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manages strategic relationships with key accounts to maximize opportunities in the lighting projects business.
- Delivers sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability objectives within the assigned territory.
- Builds and nurtures strong, multi-level relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Manages complex interactions across the customer ecosystem to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Leads commercial discussions and negotiates contracts to maximize profitability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales within the lighting or related project ecosystem.
- Experience working with specifiers, consultants, and contractors in a B2B environment.
- Relevant sales or project management certifications are essential.
