Key Account Manager
SignifyKey Account Manager responsible for building relationships with Professional Trade accounts at Signify. Develops strategic plans to achieve sales targets in Costa Rica while coordinating with internal teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Building and fostering relationships with selected Professional Trade key accounts
- Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs
- Manage key professional trade accounts (electrical wholesalers, distributors, major installer networks)
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with installers and contractors to create demand and stimulate pull-through from trade partners
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by gathering client feedback and implementing efficiency solutions
- Promote the full Professional portfolio tailored to trade channel needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of proven experience in key account management or sales roles within professional trade sectors
- Background in lighting, electrical, or industrial goods sectors preferred
- Familiarity with wholesale distribution channels and B2B sales dynamics
- Experience in negotiating rebates and campaign contracts
