About the role
- You’ll develop, maintain and improve relations with large trade key accounts (e.g. installers, partners, distributors, electrical wholesalers) by maximizing sales opportunities through innovative lighting solutions.
- You’ll demonstrate an excellent financial understanding, understand the business drivers and identify commercial opportunities.
- You’ll drive for the highest level of customer satisfaction by understanding the customer's challenges and taking on a solution-based approach.
- You’ll create tailored smart lighting solutions that promote energy efficiency, safety and sustainability.
- You will ensure professional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in a key account management role offering technical solutions in a B2B market in Baltics
- Learning agility and drive for achieving
- Stakeholder management skills
- Relationship building and excitement about working with people
- Very good English skills (both orally and in writing) is a must.
