About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to project-based (local/global) activities to support employee rewards program introductions and/or delivery.
- Support data based decisions on Rewards related topics.
- Create excitement and understanding for employees, managers and HR population of the Rewards offerings.
- Learn about the exciting world of Rewards and International Mobility.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Studying towards a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the areas of Human Resources or International Studies or have proven interest in these areas through previous experiences.
- Strong communication skills in English/Dutch language skills; it’s a plus.
- Strong analytical and data based skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and a can-do mentality.
- Excel/data handling.
- Available for 6 months.
- EU students: need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period.
- Non-EU students: need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn).
