About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design intuitive, end-to-end UI/UX experiences for connected lighting systems, web platforms, and digital tools that serve enterprise and field users
  • Translate user research, product strategy, and business requirements into elegant workflows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
  • Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver seamless, scalable user experiences
  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and experience consistency across digital touchpoints
  • Support Signify’s purpose-driven mission by creating experiences that are meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, UX, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related discipline from an accredited institution
  • Experience designing user experiences for web-based and/or enterprise applications
  • Hands-on experience with modern UX tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar prototyping tools)
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards
  • Proven ability to collaborate in cross-functional Agile teams and clearly communicate design decisions
  • Portfolio or work samples demonstrating UX process and outcomes are strongly preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
