About the role
- You will lead the product organization responsible for the models, data systems, and decisioning infrastructure.
- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will partner closely with the CTO, Chief Risk Officer, and CEO.
- Lead a team of senior product managers and work closely with engineering, data science, and risk teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product leadership experience
- Ownership of PMs or teams that drive major product areas
- Experience in fintech, payments, ecommerce, fraud, or AI-driven decision systems preferred
- Experience working closely with data science or machine learning teams
- Demonstrated track record of owning and improving business metrics
- Founder or entrepreneurial operating experience is a plus
