Requirements

5+ years SAP data migration experience
Experience with ECC to S/4HANA migration projects using tools such as SNP Crystalbridge or SAP DMLT
Ability to design and implement automated data validation frameworks
Experience reconciling transformed data against legacy source systems
Proficiency developing dashboards and reports to track migration readiness and data integrity
Strong understanding of data integrity and compliance requirements across migration cycles
Familiarity with SAP Public Sector Finance and Funds Management modules
Experience with Defense, Security, and Logistics data domains
S/4HANA configuration or implementation experience
Relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)
Prior experience on DoD or Army ERP programs
