About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions within the Advana Mercury environment.
  • Support audit remediation, reconciliation, automated reporting, and enterprise inventory management.
  • Architect end-to-end pipelines and ensure compliance with DoD standards.
  • Mentor junior staff to strengthen analytic capabilities across the enterprise.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of professional data science experience, with 5+ years supporting federal or DoD programs.
  • Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong experience integrating AI/ML into ERP systems, BI dashboards, and financial systems.
  • Proficiency with cloud-native deployments (AWS GovCloud, Azure Gov, Kubernetes, Docker).
  • Active Secret clearance.
