• Ensure timely progress and achievement of project milestones and goals by coordinating different workstreams, identifying risks, troubleshooting, and proposing mitigation plans, always keeping an eye on quality and budget requirements.
• Create trusting relationships with the assigned clientele through top-notch client service actions.
• Initiate, plan, and drive project agreements aiming at improving the company’s efficiency and creating profitable partnerships for the company.
• Manage projects across the entire project lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and the project team.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze project progress. Monitor and report on project status and issues on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis to stakeholders.
• Be responsible for taking all necessary approvals on time.
• Identify new sales opportunities within the project and communicate them effectively to the Account Manager for further action.
• Set project quality and performance standards.
• Propose improvements that align with the company’s internal processes and policies.
