About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze, support, and administer base pay, short-term incentive, long-term incentive, spot bonus, commission, equity, and stock-based compensation programs
- Align compensation programs with organizational goals, talent strategies, and employee experience
- Develop and maintain pay structures, salary grades, compensation guidelines, and budgeting frameworks
- Support compensation planning and communicate compensation programs and practices to stakeholders
- Evaluate and enhance compensation programs and processes
- Partner with leaders and HR teams on compensation-related decisions
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for equitable pay practices
- Participate in compensation surveys and benchmark analyses
- Research market competitiveness, compensation trends, pay equity, and emerging practices
- Translate compensation data into actionable recommendations
- Evaluate positions for consistent job leveling and compensation alignment
- Develop, maintain, and update job descriptions
- Support the organization's job architecture framework
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4–7 years of related compensation, HR, or analytical experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience analyzing compensation data and translating insights into recommendations
- Knowledge of compensation programs, practices, and market trends
- Ability to evaluate jobs and support job architecture frameworks
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with varied stakeholders
- Ability to balance detail-oriented work with broader strategic objectives
