About the role
- Oversee the operations of the organization's human resource information systems
- Evaluate business needs and identify necessary hardware and software for data management
- Help design, build and continuously improve Workday business processes, security requirements and routine HR processes
- Ensure the accuracy of internal database files, tables, and reports
- Create integrated web-based HR programs
- Oversee HRIS projects on the Workday platform and support any disruption in the payroll system
- Contribute to strategic decisions impacting the functional area of responsibility
- Lead a smaller team of analysts and consultants
- Collaborate with various teams including IT, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Shared Services
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday including configuration experience
- 3+ years of managerial experience overseeing smaller teams
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
- Experience with web-based HR programs – (SuccessFactors, etc.) preferred
- Experience working with AI features – previous experience developing an architecture that develops AI preferred
- Merger and acquisition experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
