Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the cross-enterprise architectural view and define enterprise technical roadmap
  • Lead harmonization of Signet's multi-brand technology estate
  • Establish enterprise architecture standards and serve as arbiter for cross-cutting decisions
  • Provide hands-on architectural leadership on high-impact initiatives
  • Drive AI-assisted, agentic development model
  • Build trust-based relationships with senior executives across departments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of progressive technology experience
  • Chief/Principal Architect, VP of Engineering, or CTO experience in retail or e-commerce
  • Majority of career designing and shipping production systems
  • Cross-portfolio architecture ownership across consumer brands
  • Track record of platform consolidation and brand harmonization
  • Deep command of cloud, integration, event-driven, and headless architecture
  • Strong financial fluency and influence in matrixed environments
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; technical Master's preferred
  • Specialty retail or jewelry experience preferred
