Senior Manager, Human Resources Business Partner

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted advisor to field and/or corporate leaders on people priorities and organizational needs
- Translate business goals into practical people strategies and HR solutions
- Advise leaders through employee relations concerns, performance conversations, corrective action, and workplace investigations as appropriate
- Support organizational changes, leadership transitions, workforce planning discussions, and change management efforts
- Collaborating with HR Centers of Excellence, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development, and other partners to deliver aligned support
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Proven ability to coach and influence leaders across employee relations
- Strong understanding of employment practices and applicable labor laws
- Experience supporting field, retail, multi-unit, or matrixed business environments preferred
- Experience using HR systems of record, case management tools, and Microsoft Office applications; Workday and Salesforce experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR preferred
