About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide professional, courteous, and appreciative assistance on every phone call
- Offer exceptional, personalized solutions tailored to each customer’s needs
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Confidently multitask: document, research, and engage with customers in real time
- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and represent Signet positively at all times
- Meet or exceed production, call-efficiency, schedule-adherence, and quality expectations
- Manage escalated concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service or customer support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to multitask with accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic math
- Analytical mindset to interpret feedback and drive continuous improvement
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) are a plus
