Key responsibilities & impact
  • Connect with customers: Interact with customers via chat, text messages, and phone calls, either in real time or through scheduled appointments.

  • Support sales growth: Help drive sales growth through digital selling, live selling events, social media engagement, collaboration with physical stores, and connected/omnichannel commerce.
