About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Multi-unit Leader responsible for the selection and supervision of store managers
- Communicates performance expectations and ensures team members understand their impact
- Monitors progress and evaluates performance
- Provides leadership and coaching for team members
- Conducts regular site visits to provide supervision and monitor operations
- Creates and implements action plans for talent development
- Ensures onboarding includes comprehensive training plans
- Drives technology adoption through engagement and monitoring
- Collaborates with internal teams to foster open communication
- Coaches SM and team members in operational and team issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required or comparable job experience
- At least 5 years relevant experience
- Valid Driver’s License and proof of insurability
- Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred
- 2+ years’ experience managing a multi-site team
- Minimum 4 years’ management experience leading department
- Ability to lead others to implement strategies and processes
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and other related tools
- Advanced presentation skills
- Strong problem solving and conflict management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Familiar with software applications such as Reflexis and Workday preferred
