Brand Learning Program Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the design and development of brand-specific learning programs that support sales performance, customer experience, and operational excellence
- Create engaging, learner-centered curriculum using sound instructional design principles (e.g., adult learning theory, blended learning models)
- Develop content across multiple modalities, including: Digital learning (e-learning modules, microlearning, LMS-delivered content) Instructor-led training (ILT), workshops, and live facilitation
- Maintain full ownership of assigned training programs, from concept through delivery and ongoing optimization
- Conduct regular audits of existing programs to assess relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with changing business needs
- Apply test-and-learn approaches to improve learner engagement, usability, and knowledge retention.
- Facilitate live training sessions (in-person and/or virtual) for store teams and field leaders as needed
- Ensure facilitator guides, participant materials, and reinforcement tools are clear, practical, and execution-ready
- Partner with field leaders and trainers to support consistent, high-quality delivery of brand learning experiences
- Partner with business and field leaders to define success metrics that connect training outcomes to selling behaviors, client experience standards, and brand execution expectations
- Monitor program effectiveness through indicators such as learning completion, knowledge application, observed selling behaviors, and qualitative feedback from the field
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in instructional design or learning program management within a corporate environment; retail experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience designing and developing both digital learning and instructor-led training
- Strong working knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Comfortable facilitating live training sessions for frontline and leadership audiences
- Experience auditing and refreshing existing learning programs to meet evolving business needs
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency with common learning tools and platforms (LMS, authoring tools, PowerPoint, collaboration platforms)
- Passion for creating learning experiences that support high-touch customer interactions and brand storytelling.
