Monitor and maintain the health and integrity of paid media tracking across retail media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.)
Ensure accurate signal flow between ad platforms, our websites (ecommerce and brand), tag management systems, and analytics platforms
Proactively detect and resolve issues related to broken tags, signal loss, or attribution discrepancies in partnership with media and analytics stakeholders
Maintain clear documentation for platform configurations, pixel/tag mappings, and signal validation routines across campaigns and channels
Coordinate closely with the tag implementation lead (e.g., Adobe Launch owner) to action required updates, fixes, or new instrumentation
Stay up to date with platform changes (e.g., Meta’s CAPI, Google’s Enhanced Conversions, evolving privacy policies) and guide implementation of necessary adaptations
Support testing and evaluation of new digital media channels, retail media networks, and advanced tagging capabilities (e.g., server-side tracking)
Ensure tagging and signal capture aligns with privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA), consent frameworks, and internal governance policies
Provide subject matter expertise in digital media signal quality and partner with cross-functional teams to support campaign readiness, measurement enablement, and optimization
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in ad tech, digital marketing operations, or marketing technology, ideally in a retail or ecommerce environment
Strong familiarity with major ad platforms and their pixel/tagging infrastructure (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
Understanding of omnichannel and ecommerce tracking challenges (e.g., online-to-offline conversion, cross-device behavior)
Experience with tag management systems like Adobe Launch or Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or GA4
Knowledge of attribution, cookie behavior, and consent frameworks across digital media
Detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in documenting and maintaining digital platform configurations
Retail industry experience supporting performance media, ecommerce marketing, or digital media infrastructure (preferred)
Exposure to server-side tagging implementations or event streaming architectures (preferred)
Experience in a large, matrixed organization with cross-functional marketing and technology collaboration (preferred)
