About the role

  • Display strong analytical problem-solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and a focus on continuous process improvement
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of the technical aspects and components of our products, with the ability to communicate solutions clearly to high-value clients
  • Function effectively in high-pressure sales and support environments while protecting company profitability and value
  • Collaborate across departments and leadership teams to deliver solutions that meet the needs of top-tier accounts
  • Stay highly organized and composed when working with client contacts and customers with complex business objectives
  • Maintain pricing structures & contractual agreements while balancing strategic negotiation demands
  • Provide proactive account planning, forecasting, and reporting to leadership
  • All other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in account management, strategic sales, or customer success, preferably with B2B or wholesale accounts
  • Proven success in managing high-priority accounts
  • Strong background in business-to-business sales and relationship management
  • Deep understanding of solar industry or demonstrated ability to master technical product portfolios
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
