About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive High-Volume Hiring Execution
- Recruit for frontline roles
- Manage multiple open roles at the same time

Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year (2) college or technical school or three (3) years of Human Resources experience including one (1) year of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment
- One year of Human Resources experience; to include at least 3-months of sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring candidates in a high-volume hourly environment.
- Three years of relevant customer service experience.
- Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
