About the role

  • Drive enterprise-wide operational improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, leveraging data and performance metrics, and leading structured problem-solving efforts across functions.
  • Ensure improvement initiatives are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with broader digital and AI-enabled transformation efforts.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, develop executive-level insights, and influence leaders to embed continuous improvement practices into day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience leading operational improvement, analytics, operations strategy, or process optimization initiatives
  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or other structured continuous improvement methodologies in complex operational environments
  • Experience working in aviation, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or other operationally intensive environments preferred
  • Experience leveraging operational data and performance metrics to drive measurable improvement initiatives
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); Visio or other process mapping tools preferred
  • Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across cross-functional and matrixed organizations
  • Experience managing projects using structured project management principles (scope, schedule, risk, benefit tracking)
  • Ability to influence leaders and operational teams to drive adoption of process improvements
  • Experience with statistical analysis and continuous improvement methods (DMAIC, control charts, hypothesis testing)
  • Ability to align improvement initiatives to business strategy, operational performance metrics, and customer outcomes
  • Familiarity with change leadership frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and ability to build sustainment and adoption plans
