About the role
- Lead and guide the direction of defining the vision and strategy of safety products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Develop a product roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and customer needs across the enterprise.
- Lead the product development process, from ideation through design, testing, and launch.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the enterprise to manage relationships and meet customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries, fostering strong communication across departments.
- Partner with operational leaders to implement data-driven solutions that streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Showcase analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and inform product strategies.
- Ensure that all products meet industry standards and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to collect requirements and feedback.
- Present product updates, strategy, and performance metrics to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive organizational change by providing training and ongoing support to improve safety and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on safety, operations, or aviation industry preferred.
- Experience in product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Excellent analytics, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements and product updates for diverse stakeholders.
